Human Potential Coaching is a transformative approach that goes beyond traditional coaching. It focuses on unleashing individual potential by integrating physical, mental, and emotional well-being. As a certified Human Potential Coach, I guide clients toward their highest capabilities, helping them overcome challenges, set meaningful goals, and create a life aligned with their true purpose.
How does Health Coaching work?
We'll start with a free discovery call where we'll get to know each other, chat about your goals and see if we're a match.
Then, we'll dive into a 1:1 coaching package. I'll guide you along the process with regular meetings. As we get to know each other, we'll be running a series of at-home functional lab tests that will help us uncover answers to the health questions that have confused you for so long.
We'll be working on implementing the right diet for you. We'll work on a balanced exercise regimen, if you're up for it. We'll dive into practical ways to manage stress. We'll optimize your sleep and digestion. All of this takes time, so I ask my clients to really commit, and work with me for 4-6 months.

Get to Know Each Other
We'll start with a free discovery call where we'll get to know each other, chat about your goals, and see if we're a match. Depending on your goals and prior experiences, we will agree on an appropriate coaching container and begin to meet for an hour every other week for 3-6 months.
Transformational coaching is a powerful process that goes beyond surface-level changes. Areas of exploration might include self-reflection and awareness, and challenging limiting beliefs. The goal isn’t just to solve immediate challenges but to partner to create strategic plans for change, and a profound shift in mindset.
